I’ve decided that at the end of each month some of my blog posts will be related to my fitness/health goals for the next month. These are my resolutions, or in this case, blogolutions that I can track via the site for the month ahead. So here goes (in no particular order):
1. Take at least three classes offered at my gym
2. Make five healthy dishes/desserts/snacks
3. Finish at least one fitness-related book
4. Keep up my 1/2 marathon training routine
5. Blog at least every other day
And as a little pat on my own back, three cheers to my first month of blogging! I made it through blogging every day and I’m really excited and proud that I was able to accomplish my January goal. This is proving to be a lot of fun for me.
