Exercise TV has some great free workout videos that are great to rely on when you have limited time to squeeze in a workout. So this morning I woke up early to do a 30-minute pilates video and a 10-minute ab workout.
I had done that specific pilates video before but the ab one was new. You can tell it’s summer time when segments are advertised as “bikini ready” and “sexy beach abs” to name a few. What I did pick up on is how important it is to work the abs and back in accord with one another–the trainer for the video I chose stressed this point. Core work, as I have mentioned before, is incredibly important in the prevention of injuries.
These videos always provide new insights and exercises that I can apply on my own time and that will continue to make me a stronger, more well-rounded athlete. I highly recommend you take a look.
