My first July run was today. It was a cool morning (for the summer starting at 60 degrees) except for the fact that I had no shade and the humidity was creeping in. Next time I can’t forget to wear my hat. I’m visiting family at the Delaware beaches and wanted to get my 6-miler out of the way before everyone else got up.
