It’s the new year and I have not quite gotten into a good healthy eating kick yet. There just have been too many leftover cookies, chips and other delectables lying around. Good thing I have coworkers who will eat things that I bring to the office.
I’m longing for summer farmer’s markets and all the delicous fruits and veggies that come with that. But it’s winter and I’m going to need to start being creative with my cooking. I’m realizing that a food processor too will come in handy for some new recipes I want to try in a cookbook I got for Christmas.
I think that my new exercise routine will also jumpstart the healthy eating. So stay tuned for ideas! What’s your signature go-to dish? Double points for yummy and healthy!
